Manufacturing Process & Quality Control
Every TVCCL dual plate check valve goes through a rigorous, six-stage production and inspection process. Each stage has strictly defined acceptance criteria that must be met before moving to the next:
Casting Inspection ➔ Machining ➔ Assembly ➔ Pressure Testing ➔ Visual Inspection ➔ Packaging
All TVCCL valves are engineered and manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, including API 594, ASME B16.34, JIS B2239, ISO 7005, AWWA C207, and BS10 / AS2129.
In-House Testing Capabilities
We don't just promise quality; we prove it. Every single valve undergoes 100% factory pressure and leakage testing per API 598 before shipment. We operate multiple advanced testing systems to cover our full size and pressure range:
- Standard Pressure Testing: Capable of testing up to 156 bar.
- Pinhole Testing: Specialized in-house testing equipment specifically for our full-rubber lined check valves to ensure absolute coating integrity.
Third-Party Inspection & Certification
Transparency is key to our quality assurance. We fully support and welcome third-party witness inspections upon customer request.

- NDE (Non-Destructive Examination): PT (Penetrant Testing) / RT (Radiographic Testing) / MT (Magnetic Particle Testing)

Recognized Inspection Partners:We routinely work with globally recognized inspection bodies, including SGS and the Metal Industries Research & Development Centre (MIRDC) in Taiwan, to provide impartial notarization and test reports.
